Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates however every effort will be made to deliver goods within the time frames provided. This is subject to the transport provider delivering within those time frames.

Delivery costs will be quoted prior to checkout where applicable.

An additional surcharge may be incurred for dangerous goods.

If you need to change contact or address details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to make the changes. Further delivery charges may apply depending on the updated delivery location.

Goods Return

Before retuning good please contact our sales team at sales@healthproductsconnect.com.au for approval.

Health Products Connect will determine based on the information provided, whether it is responsible for any defective goods or incorrect orders.

If approved documentation will be provided to you to be attached to the goods being returned

All goods must be in returned in their original packaging.

Defective goods or incorrect shipment claims must be made within one working day of receiving the goods.

Health Products Connect will organise for goods to be collected and returned to our facility once authorised by our sales team.
